TriGlobal is a fully online lead generation platform with a strong track record in connecting consumers to (international) moving companies. We operate with a scale-up mindset, backed by a commitment to data and value creation. In 2022, we successfully matched over 150,000 consumers to moving services. Our fast-growing partner network includes more than 500 moving companies across approximately 70 countries. The team behind it all consists of 30+ dedicated professionals.

Sirelo, our consumer-facing platform, helps individuals find reliable moving companies while providing a smooth and informed moving experience. We operate in 10 countries and 6 languages, with one shared mission: Adding a smile to our customers’ moving experience.

Your role

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in growing TriGlobal’s client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the full spectrum of business development, from strategy to execution, in an international, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships by providing consistent support. Offer language and administrative assistance to client-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Sales & Acquisition: Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. Develop targeted sales strategies, expand the prospect database, and manage email campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute creatively to group projects and strategic planning sessions. Support broader business objectives and, when needed, represent the company at international conferences and seminars.

What we’re looking for

We are searching for a driven and adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge and thrives in dynamic, multicultural settings. You are:

  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (written and spoken).
  • A current university student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, preferably in your final year.
  • Strategic in your thinking and commercial in your approach.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Culturally aware and excited to work in an international environment.
  • Quick to adapt, open to change, and eager to grow.
