What we are looking for

We are seeking a Growth Marketeer with an intuition for digital strategy and a sharp ability to execute. Your keen eye for online trends and proven track record in boosting revenue in ecommerce settings are must-haves for directing our marketing initiatives and platform development.

Key to your success in this role will be your data-driven ability to balance short-term growth opportunities with a cohesive vision for the future.

What will you do?

Together with the SEA Specialist and SEO Specialists, you will be end-responsible for the growth of Sirelo as a platform. Beginning from a process of identifying our challenges, you will formulate a digital strategy and develop plans to prioritize focus areas.

Your day-to-day will include overseeing KPI-driven efforts to maximize the performance of our paid and organic traffic channels, as well as agilely executing projects yourself to boost conversion rates or fill gaps in our customer journey.

By seizing opportunities to innovate upon our core service with long-term projects, you will ensure the sustainability and flourishing of our platform in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Digital Strategy: Define the vision for our platform which informs the planning and implementation of projects and activities to drive the revenue growth.
  • Growth Marketing: Coordinate and oversee paid and organic traffic channels together with the SEA Specialist and SEO Specialists to facilitate growth.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Utilise an excellent understanding of UX and user flows to experiment and measure improvements to our customer journey.
  • Data Analysis: Set-up and analyse key platform performance metrics to drive traffic growth, conversion optimisation, and identify new opportunities.

We aim to find a candidate with a strategic mindset who:

  • Has 5+ years of relevant work experience;
  • Has a customer orientated, agile, and data driven mindset;
  • Has a natural tendency to form strong convictions about what's necessary
  • Has a generalist competence in the domains of SEO, SEA, and on-page experience;
  • Has confidence in coaching and coordinating cross-functional initiatives;
  • Has a deep understanding of internet platforms and knows how to measure performance;
  • Has a minimum English (both written and spoken) level of C1;
  • Has an intercultural affinity;

A star candidate:

  • Has worked in the removal or logistics industry;
  • Has worked in a lead generation or online platform environment;

Our network of partners is fast growing and comprises over 600 moving companies, headquartered in around 70 countries. At this moment, we employ over 25 people consisting of more than 15 nationalities.

Sirelo is TriGlobal's independent moving platform that focuses on consumers who want to move. As Sirelo, we operate in 10 different countries, in six different languages, and with one goal: Add a smile to our customers' moving experience.

Where are we located?

We are currently located in Dordrecht, Netherlands. The office is newly renovated with a lot of space, located 5 minutes’ walk from the central train station.
