TriGlobal is an international, innovative and vibrant company located in Dordrecht (10 minutes by train from Rotterdam), the Netherlands. We are the largest global lead generator for the international moving industry and we are on a mission:

TriGlobal was founded in 2004 but started growing in the last 8 years. We went from 5 employees back then to over 30 employees now. Our team is a great mix of 15 nationalities and the average age is below 30. We have a start-up culture that values creativity, open-mindedness, and a flat hierarchy. A unique hands-on experience in HR (all-round, but with the focus being recruitment). HR has never been the highest priority for us as a couple of years ago we were still a small organization. As we’re growing quickly, the time has come to take our recruitment processes to the next level.

• Finding and attracting new employees
• Improving our recruitment processes
• Employer branding
• Setting up a modern value-based policy for holidays, holiday pay, bonusses, etc.
• Analysing and improving our general HR processes and translating that into a plan

A pro-active, eager, and communicative student who likes to start their career in HR. You have a good eye for detail and are not afraid to take on and learn new things. You are a strong communicator and want to be a true team player. At the same time, you are able to come up with new ideas and criticise what is already there.

• You are doing a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
• You are fluent in English;
• It’s an advantage if you are native in one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, or English;
• You have some sort of experience with or knowledge about HR;
• Being able to stick around after your internship is not a requirement, but certainly a pro;

A challenging internship with a steep learning curve. You will get your own responsibilities and will be trained to be an HR pro whilst enjoying a great company atmosphere.

Asides from the HR knowledge, we strive to maintain and build on our beautiful company culture. We have external coaches to guide us on our personal growth journeys and help the company with its core values. Moreover, we cover (online) courses you’d like to follow, we have cool company events and trips and last but not least: You might even be able to sign up for your very own barista training. Because what’s more important than coffee to get you through the day, right?

The internship would be a 40-hour internship, but in case you’re working on a thesis we are flexible as to how many hours you would work. Our standard internship salary is €500 a month (excluding travel costs).

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to start around September 2023, but any other starting data is open to be discussed.
