TriGlobal is a fully online company (two-sided platform) with a large history in lead generation. We have a scale-up mentality and are value and data driven. Last year, we matched more than 150,000 consumers to a suitable (international) moving company. Our network of partners is fast growing and comprises over 600 moving companies, headquartered in around 70 countries. At this moment, we employ over 25 people.

We're seeking a Product Innovation Lead to spearhead the evolution and to enhance our current SaaS environment, as well as to chart the course and lead us to become the booking.com of the moving industry. This role is pivotal for maintaining our edge in the market and ensuring our products continue to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. You will be working closely with our Sales Manager, Head of Account Management, and our Lead Dev. You will prioritize and define our product roadmap, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and sustainable.

• Roadmap Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features and new products aligned with our strategy.
• Customer Insight: Delve into the customer journey, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to understand our users' needs, challenges, and desires.
• Project management: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Head of Account Management, our Dev team, UI/UX, and other colleagues to ensure seamless product development from conception to launch.
• Data Analysis: Set-up and analyse product metrics, including usage data and customer feedback, to drive product enhancements and identify new opportunities.

• Has 3+ years of relevant work experience;
• Is customer orientated and data driven;
• Has a conceptual understanding of internet platforms and knows how to measure performance;
• Has a minimum English (both written and spoken) level of C1;
