Sirelo is our consumer-facing brand and the engine behind TriGlobal's ambition to become the #1 global moving comparison platform. As AI reshapes search behavior, the rules are being rewritten. We need to evolve beyond traditional SEO in order to continue growing our traffic by building trust, marketplace efficiency, and user experiences that AI summaries simply cannot replace.

We're looking for an SEO professional ready to expand their impact. As our SEO Growth Specialist, you'll own Sirelo's performance end-to-end, developing your SEO skills beyond traditional optimization into UX thinking, product strategy, and growth experimentation. This role is about driving organic traffic, conversions, and revenue through the powerful combination of SEO mastery and platform growth.

• Drive SEO performance: Optimize technical infrastructure, content strategy, and search presence to capture high-intent users in an AI-driven search landscape
• Own the growth strategy: Define and execute Sirelo's roadmap for organic visibility, user acquisition, and conversion optimization
• Monitor and communicate: Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and present insights to leadership
• Run experiments: Rapidly test hypotheses, measure what matters, and iterate to drive continuous improvement
• Craft the experience: Shape and refine Sirelo's visual identity and user flows to deliver a trusted, intuitive, and high-converting platform experience
• Shape the product: Identify and prioritize features that inspire trust and enhance marketplace efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with TriGlobal's diverse specialties as key allies in driving your initiatives

• 3+ years in SEO, ideally in marketplaces, comparison platforms, or lead generation
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth (we want to see the numbers)
• Technical SEO expertise: Deep understanding of site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability, and ranking factors
• Growth mindset: Eager to expand beyond pure SEO into user journeys, conversion optimization, and platform thinking
• Data-driven decision maker: Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B testing tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit: You take ownership, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity;
• Strong communicator: Fluent in English
